Job Summary

  • To support the strategic and operational delivery of Total Rewards, People Analytics and Planning, HC Data Audits, and HC Technology and Service enhancements.
  • This role ensures data driven decision making, process automation, and continuous improvement of HC services aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Total Rewards Strategy & Execution: Draft and support the implementation of compensation and benefits frameworks.
  • Prepare and analyze salary surveys, propose adequate allowances, conduct job evaluations and propose gradings.
  • Support AI driven payroll processing and employee self service platforms.
  • HC Data Audits & Ownership: Lead periodic audits of HC data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and readiness for reporting.
  • Maintain and enhance the HC Data Warehouse and dashboards for real time insights.
  • People Analytics: Develop and maintain analytics frameworks and PowerBI dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Data Science & Governance teams to validate dashboards.
  • HC Technology Enhancement & Process Automation: Drive digitization of HC processes.
  • Support the implementation of AI tools for data validation, chatbot support, and predictive analytics.
  • HC Budgeting & Planning: Lead HC budgeting cycles in collaboration with Finance, Talent Acquisition and L&D.
  • Align budget allocations with strategic initiatives.
  • HC Service Enhancement: Evaluate and improve HC service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years in Human Capital roles with a focus on rewards, analytics, and systems.
  • Strong background in payroll, data analytics, and HC systems (e.g., Oracle, BI dashboards).
  • Experience in high complexity, project driven environments preferred.
  • Certifications related to AI, Analytics, BI, Six Sigma, Job Evaluation methodologies are preferred.
