Project Manager (79247)

As Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver Subsea Well Access Projects on time and within budget, consistently meeting or exceeding client quality expectations.

You’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients, Expro regional teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of resources to meet project goals. In addition, you’ll be responsible for managing financial performance and maintaining accountability across all phases of delivery.

This role involves overseeing a diverse range of projects, from market-launch builds to externally contracted scopes of work. You’ll take full ownership of contractual commitments and project outcomes, with a strong emphasis on safety, enhancing team performance, driving operational efficiency and fostering continuous improvement.

Delivery of projects on schedule, within budget & to the defined specification. This requirement is critical to the effectiveness, profitability & customer perception of projects conducted by Expro

Work to company Project Management guidelines, processes & procedures, professionally managing all project work

Identify, assess, maintain and proactively manage project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation plans and escalation processes as required.

Demonstrate best practice in Project Management, establishing a high level of management capability within the team resulting in a positive factor in winning work from our clients

Maintain benchmark performance criteria & demonstrate continuous improvement

Work closely with the region business lines to ensure a smooth transition from equipment delivery to operational readiness

Be the focal point for client contact

Drive value by optimizing engineering & supply chain activities

Provide bid support for regional business development and sales teams.

Ensure accurate and timely project status reporting (both internal & external) to key stakeholders.
