Overall Purpose of the Job

Key Activities and Accountabilities

• Process purchase and sales invoices accurately in accordance with company procedures and approval policies.
• Maintain accurate input in the finance database system.
• Liaise with team members and internal and external departments to resolve questions and queries.
• Raise documentation issues or concerns with the manager.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications

• Two years of previous work experience within a finance environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP or a similar finance package.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
