Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site construction management for civil works, building engineering, and related construction activities.
- Develop construction plans, monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective measures.
- Control materials, labor, subcontract, and other project expenses with the commercial or quantity surveying team.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with contracts, schedules, and quality standards.
