Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Applied Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (typically minimum)
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (desirable)
Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence certification.
Knowledge of Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and Process Mapping methodologies
Proven experience delivering infrastructure or equipment-based projects within a TIC, laboratory, manufacturing, or regulated technical environment.
Familiarity with accreditation frameworks such as ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, or similar quality systems.
Experience managing third-party equipment suppliers, including specification development, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, APM) preferred.
Strong understanding of laboratory infrastructure requirements (e.g., utilities, environmental controls, safety systems).
Experience working with technical drawings, equipment layouts, and facility design documentation.
Proficiency with project management tools and software
