Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and local leads, customer inquiries, and requests for proposals.
• Support qualification, relationship building, needs assessment, solution development, and closing opportunities.
• Build customer relationships, grow accounts, and support retention and share of wallet.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on opportunities to secure purchase orders and meet sales targets.
• Coordinate accurate quotations with Sales and Operations and resolve customer complaints.
• Generate leads, reactivate dormant accounts, and maintain knowledge of company services.
• Follow company policies and applicable legal, health, safety, environmental, trade compliance, and governance requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• At least three years of customer service experience, including quotation generation.
• Ability to interpret customer specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Microsoft Office and CRM systems proficiency.
• Experience interpreting testing procedures and technical requirements is desirable.
