Job Overview
- Jobholders at this level are responsible for leading work activities and working autonomously with minor direction towards predetermined long term objectives.
- Jobholders oversee the implementation of operational plans and the provision of significant improvements to set policies, procedures, standards and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the development of ZATCA IT & Digitization project management framework, guidelines, and governance.
- Provide recommendations for developing IT & Digitization programs/projects plans based on collected inputs and business requirements.
- Provide support in the development of vendor evaluation criteria and vendor selection.
- Provide expert recommendations to projects risk identifications, risk assessment, and mitigation plan development.
- Review vendors performance during IT projects lifecycle.
- Review actual performance of IT & Digitization programs/projects against KPIs and ensure proper communication and follow up.
- Collect inputs, conduct research and benchmark on IT project management best practices, and establish governance, methodologies, tools and guidelines.
- Receive new IT projects initiation requests, analyze and assess alignment to program objectives.
- Document IT project inputs and reports, maintain a reliable IT project library.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders, develop project charter, scope, plans, budget and schedules.
- Communicate IT project plans to stakeholders and manage projects from initiation to closure.
- Follow up on RFP development with stakeholders to ensure technical specifications and evaluation criteria.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT project management and supervision.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead work activities.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and governance.
