- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, track performance metrics, and implement corrective actions
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, provide regular project updates, and ensure accurate documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance project management practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving abilities
- Advanced knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools, reporting platforms, and collaboration software
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong decision making and time management capabilities
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, change management, and continuous improvement frameworks is highly advantageous

Role Description
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, define deliverables and milestones, allocate resources, and coordinate cross functional teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, track performance metrics, and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain alignment with business priorities.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, provide regular project updates, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance project management practices, and contribute to the successful execution of strategic programs that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools, reporting platforms, and collaboration software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
- Strong decision making and time management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, change management, and continuous improvement frameworks is highly advantageous.
