- Proficiency in spreadsheets, financial modeling, financial management systems, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Role Description
- Lead and oversee the organization's financial operations, planning, and performance management activities to support strategic objectives and sustainable growth.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis processes while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information.
- Analyze financial performance, cash flow, profitability, and key business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop financial models and provide strategic recommendations to support business planning, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross functional teams to enhance financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive operational efficiency and long term business success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management methodologies.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, financial modeling, financial management systems, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
- Strong leadership, decision making, and organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of corporate finance, risk management, regulatory compliance, cash flow management, and business performance optimization practices is highly advantageous.
