- Analyze financial and operational data to support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic decision making
- Prepare financial models, reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Monitor key financial indicators, identify trends, assess risks, and uncover opportunities for growth and operational efficiency improvements
- Conduct market and industry research, evaluate business initiatives, and develop data driven recommendations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance financial processes and improve reporting accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance measurement concepts is advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Knowledge of corporate finance, investment analysis, financial markets, business valuation, and strategic financial planning principles is highly advantageous

Role Description
- Analyze financial and operational data to support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic decision making across the organization.
- Prepare financial models, reports, forecasts, and performance analyses that provide stakeholders with valuable insights into revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and overall business performance.
- Monitor key financial indicators, identify trends, assess risks, and uncover opportunities for growth and operational efficiency improvements.
- Conduct market and industry research, evaluate business initiatives, and develop data driven recommendations to support organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and contribute to sustainable business growth and long term success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance measurement concepts is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of corporate finance, investment analysis, financial markets, business valuation, and strategic financial planning principles is highly advantageous.
