- Lead and oversee FF&E project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, design, estimation, logistics, and site teams.
- Monitor material submissions, approvals, production progress, and on site deliveries.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth site coordination and timely installation of FF&E items.
- Prepare and present project reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Identify and resolve operational, technical, and coordination challenges proactively.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and client expectations.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in the FF&E industry.
- Proven experience in handling projects as a Project In Charge / Project Lead in fit out or interior works.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, project execution, and site coordination processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/tracking tools.

Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and commercially aware Project In Charge with a strong background in the FF&E industry to lead the successful execution of hospitality, residential, and fit out projects.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a comprehensive understanding of FF&E project workflows—from procurement through to final delivery and installation.
