- Coordinate closely with procurement, design, estimation, logistics, and site teams
- Monitor material submissions, approvals, production progress, and on site deliveries
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth site coordination and timely installation of FF&E items
- Prepare and present project reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and progress updates
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in the FF&E industry
- Proven experience as a Project In Charge / Project Lead in fit out or interior works
- Strong knowledge of procurement, project execution, and site coordination processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/tracking tools
