Project Engineers

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site execution activities related to Data Center construction and infrastructure deployment.
• Coordinate Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, and ICT works to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Resolve technical issues and support project delivery milestones.

Civil Project Engineer

• Supervise structural, architectural, utility, and infrastructure works.
• Coordinate foundations, equipment bases, cable trenches, utility corridors, and external infrastructure.
• Ensure readiness of civil works for MEP and ICT installations.

Electrical Project Engineer

• Manage MV/LV power distribution systems, UPS, generators, transformers, switchgear, grounding, and lighting systems.
• Coordinate electrical installation, energization, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Support critical power infrastructure delivery for Data Center environments.

Mechanical Project Engineer

• Oversee HVAC, precision cooling, chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate installation, testing, balancing, and commissioning of cooling infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with Data Center cooling and operational requirements.

Elv Project Engineer

• Manage Structured Cabling, ICT Networks, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, DCIM, Fire Alarm, Public Address, and security systems.
• Coordinate integration, testing, and commissioning of mission-critical ELV systems.
• Support operational readiness and system handover activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• **Years of Experience:**
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• **Education:**
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Data Center, Mission Critical, ICT Infrastructure, Industrial, or Large-Scale Construction Projects.
• Strong understanding of Data Center construction methodologies and engineering systems.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project execution and site coordination activities.
• Familiarity with commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and project handover processes.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as Uptime Institute, TIA, BICSI, ASHRAE, NFPA, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
