Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all activities assigned by the Project Manager to ensure compliance with contractual requirements for inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure daily effective utilization of all staff working for Structures (in house and subcontractors)
- Ensure accurate utilization of Asset Management System (MAXIMO) to manage and close out Work Orders and Service Requests
- Support structures manager to manage deliverables, represent structures in client meetings, and engage with stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (traffic management, lighting, highways, pavement, HSE, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Project Management qualification and experience
- Proven experience in Operations and Maintenance contracts of bridges and other highway structures
- Proven experience of multidisciplinary liaison, project delivery and client engagement
- Knowledge in bridge asset management, condition assessment methodologies, and lifecycle planning
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management solutions (preferably MAXIMO) and Bridge Management Systems
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, including technical report preparation

About the Role
- Seeking a detail oriented Project Engineer (Bridges & Highway Structures O&M) for a long term project managing Strategic Highways Structures in Doha, Qatar.
- Responsible for supporting the Structures Manager to coordinate and manage inspections and maintenance of bridges and highway structures.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
