Role Overview
The company delivers commercial interior fit-out projects across restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and mall-based projects in the UAE.
The Project Engineer will lead interior fit-out projects from concept through completion, with responsibility for technical delivery and multidisciplinary coordination.
The role manages multiple projects, in-house execution teams, client relationships, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own projects from mobilization through testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Plan and oversee activities against approved budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Lead MEP works and coordinate them with architectural and civil activities.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, landlords, and authorities.
- Manage in-house civil, carpentry, joinery, finishing, and MEP execution teams.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to protect timelines.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, progress updates, and handover documentation.
- Maintain health, safety, quality, procurement, subcontractor, and supplier requirements.
- Drive client satisfaction through clear communication and high-quality delivery.
