Role overview
Revenue-generating fundraising role focused on institutional capital and structured investment opportunities.
Responsible for fundraising outcomes and successful equity and debt capital closings across private markets.
Responsibilities
- Originate and close institutional equity and debt raises across private-market transactions.
- Lead investor targeting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and financial close.
- Build relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic investors across key markets.
- Originate client opportunities and source advisory and transaction mandates.
- Structure investment offerings with internal investment and legal teams.
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, pricing, allocation, and transaction documentation.
- Identify new capital sources and support fundraising strategy with deal teams.
- Monitor market developments and investor sentiment to identify opportunities.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in institutional sales or capital raising within private equity, private credit, or private markets.
- Proven track record of raising and closing institutional equity and debt transactions.
- Strong experience in capital markets, private equity, private credit, or investment banking.
