Role overview
Work hands-on on the deployment of complex mining solutions and products.
Support customers through software maintenance, system configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and installation.
Provide technical escalation support and collaborate with project managers, mining services, support teams, customers, and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Support and maintain software and implement customer system configurations.
- Deliver bespoke customizations using scripting tools.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple integrated systems.
- Participate in on-site installation efforts and communicate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain technical knowledge of current and upcoming product offerings and systems-support technologies.
- Report project issues, status, and resolution methods.
- Support pre-sales through customer relationships and technical presentations.
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and health and safety compliance.
Skills and experience
- Strong prioritization, time management, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to meet team and individual goals and deadlines and resolve complex technical issues.
