Job Summary
The Project Engineer will manage planning, coordination, and execution of interior fitout projects in the joinery and fitout industry.
The role works with the Project Manager and subcontractors to complete projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Oversee procurement of materials and liaise with suppliers.
- Supervise site operations and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and report on financial status.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
- Strong project engineering experience, preferably in joinery or fitout, is required.
- Knowledge of technical drawings and joinery processes is required.
- Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Procore is required.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required.
Compensation
- The stated pay is AED 6,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
