Role Overview
Project Coordinator / Document Controller supporting interior fit-out project operations, document management, and site coordination.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project, procurement, design, and site teams to track progress and updates.
- Prepare and follow up on project schedules, material approvals, and delivery tracking.
- Assist project managers with daily documentation and reporting.
- Handle internal and external communication related to project progress.
Document Control
- Maintain project documentation, including drawings, approvals, submittals, and correspondence.
- Ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents for consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Update and maintain logs for RFIs, material submittals, and inspection requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong command of MS Office, AutoCAD, and document control systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Employment and Compensation
- The position is full-time.
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
