The employer is hiring a Junior Accountant in Dubai, UAE.
The position is full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries and maintain financial records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
- Maintain petty cash records.
- Assist with monthly payroll and related accounting entries.
- Support VAT documentation and filing.
- Maintain supplier and customer account records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoices, payments, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and financial documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, with UAE experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting procedures.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
Salary
- Salary is AED 3,000–4,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

- Work location is in person.
