Role Overview
BUILTEX is seeking an experienced Estimator for fit-out and construction projects.
The role covers project costing, BOQs, material calculations, quotation comparisons, and tender estimation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimation and costing sheets.
- Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare BOQs and material quantity calculations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
- Compare vendor quotations and prepare cost analyses.
- Support tender submissions and project pricing.
- Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams.
Requirements
- Experience in fit-out, interior, joinery, or construction estimation.
- Good knowledge of materials, pricing, and BOQ preparation.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Strong Excel skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
