About the Role
Revive Renovation seeks a Project Engineer for fit-out projects in Dubai. You will support project planning, coordination, and execution, bridging design, procurement, and site work.

Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project execution from kickoff to handover
- Prepare and maintain project programs/schedules (MS Project or equivalent); update progress and flag delays
- Review architectural, joinery, and MEP drawings; coordinate revisions and approvals with design team
- Coordinate with in house joinery factory, landscaping team, and external subcontractors on deliverables and timelines
- Track authority approval processes and ensure documentation is submitted on time
- Assist with cost tracking — comparing actual spend against budget, flagging variations
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and client/consultant correspondence
- Coordinate site visits, inspections, and quality checks alongside the Site Engineer/Supervisor
- Maintain organized project documentation: drawings, submittals, RFIs, variation orders, snag lists
- Support handover process — compiling as built drawings, warranties, and O&M documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in fitout, interior, or construction projects in the UAE
- Working knowledge of Dubai regulatory approval processes (Municipality, DDA, Trakhees etc)
- Strong understanding of fitout project workflows design, procurement, production, site execution
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and documentation simultaneously
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Engineering degree (Civil/Architectural) or equivalent technical qualification
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Detail oriented with strong follow up and coordination skills
