Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Engineer – Infrastructure to oversee and manage infrastructure construction projects including roads, drainage, utilities, pipelines, and related civil works.
The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, project planning, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of works as per project specifications and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and utility projects
- Manage project planning, execution, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities
- Monitor project schedules, progress, risks, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, HSE requirements, and contractual obligations
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management
- Oversee procurement, technical approvals, and project documentation
- Resolve site challenges and ensure timely project completion
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholder
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5-10 years of UAE experience in infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, and civil infrastructure works.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, and related authority requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
