- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects progress efficiently and safely, adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
- Direct and manage a team of skilled laborers, providing clear instructions, training, and performance evaluations to maximize productivity and quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays or defects.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety meetings and ensuring all team members utilize proper PPE.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate activities, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective communication.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, documenting work completed, resources used, and any challenges encountered during the shift.
