Construction Manager-Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on site construction activities for infrastructure projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and procurement strategies, to optimize project delivery and minimize risks.
• Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, subcontractors, and other construction professionals, providing clear direction, motivation, and performance management.
• Manage and control project budgets, including cost estimation, cost tracking, and financial reporting, to ensure projects remain financially viable.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control procedures throughout the construction process.
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and other technical documentation, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies, fostering strong relationships and addressing project related issues promptly.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, including delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards, implementing proactive solutions to minimize their impact.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports, documenting project status, performance metrics, and any challenges encountered.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
