- Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and other technical documentation
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress

- Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and other technical documentation, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies, fostering strong relationships and addressing project related issues promptly.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, including delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards, implementing proactive solutions to minimize their impact.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, documenting project status, performance metrics, and any challenges encountered.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
