- Manage site technical issues and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Plan and monitor daily and weekly site activities
- Monitor project schedules and progress tracking
- Ensure quality control and HSE compliance on site
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Read, interpret, and coordinate IFC and shop drawings
Requirements

Overview
- A leading construction company in the UAE is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Engineer to join our team for a prestigious high rise building project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in high rise building construction / Group of Villas Project
- Experience with main contractors in the UAE or GCC
- Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP coordination
- Familiar with UAE construction regulations, quality standards, and authority approvals
- Experience in project documentation, BOQ basics, measurements, and site quantities
- Proficient in preparing daily and weekly progress reports
- Ability to manage site technical issues and ensure timely resolution
- UAE experience preferred; GCC experience will be an added advantage
Skills
- Strong knowledge of building construction execution (main contractor scope)
- Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate IFC and shop drawings
- Planning and monitoring daily and weekly site activities
- Effective coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manpower and material coordination
- Monitoring project schedules and progress tracking
- Ensuring quality control and HSE compliance on site
- Strong communication, problem solving, and organisational skills
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer registration or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- 5–10 years of experience in civil/building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and authority requirements.
