The company manages civil works, MEP, interior fit-outs, landscaping, and pools through an integrated delivery approach.
Role Description
Coordinate with site participants and lead the site team to achieve activity completion dates.
The role supports construction delivery across project execution, coordination, quality, scheduling, and handover.
Responsibilities
- Complete Dubai Building Permits System and Dubai Municipality portal transactions.
- Review drawings, specifications, quality plans, client requirements, and material needs.
- Prepare sketches, coordinate stakeholders, resolve site issues, and monitor execution.
- Inspect work, manage consultant and municipality handover, and prepare status reports.
- Monitor QA/QC performance, prepare requisitions and daily programs, and coordinate safety activities.
- Prepare recovery schedules and follow up with vendors on work, engineering, and procurement schedules.
