Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably with UAE/GCC experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise interior fit-out works from start to completion.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed as per approved drawings and schedule.
- Coordinate joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, MEP, and other fit-out activities.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Monitor manpower, materials, deliveries, and site resources.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the Project Manager.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, inspections, and final handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and site coordination.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
Pay: AED3,513.35 - AED11,809.67 per month
