Position
Architect responsible for architectural design, documentation, coordination, and technical support on interior fit-out projects.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of architectural experience.
- Experience in UAE interior fit-out or construction is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and interior fit-out works is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, detailed drawings, and design concepts for interior fit-out projects.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, and construction or shop drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Coordinate drawings with interior design, MEP, joinery, project managers, designers, engineers, consultants, and site teams.
- Review drawings for compliance with specifications, standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support for site-related design and drawing issues.
- Review material samples, finishes, and details against approved designs.
- Update drawings for site conditions and project changes and maintain timely document issuance and revisions.
