Role Overview
Prepare and coordinate technical drawings for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Support site teams during project execution with accurate drawings and technical clarifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare shop, working, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out works.
- Prepare drawings for joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, furniture, and other interior elements.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings from approved designs.
- Coordinate drawings with site engineers, project managers, designers, and other departments.
- Take site measurements and update drawings according to actual site conditions.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and approved designs.
- Revise drawings based on consultant or client comments and site requirements.
- Prepare material details, dimensions, and quantities where required.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and document control.
- Support the site team with technical drawings and clarification during execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience in interior fit-out or joinery projects.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp or 3D software is an advantage.
