The role is Workshop Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out, focused on interior fit-out manufacturing and workshop operations, mainly carpentry and joinery supervision.
The position requires more than 15 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop production for interior fit-out and joinery works.
- Manage carpentry teams, machine operators, painters, and fabricators.
- Read shop drawings, production drawings, and material specifications.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Check the quality of furniture, joinery, and fit-out items before dispatch or site installation.
- Coordinate with project managers, production engineers, procurement, and site teams.
- Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and ensure proper machinery maintenance.
- Implement safety and housekeeping standards and monitor manpower productivity.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in interior fit-out workshop supervision.
- Strong carpentry and joinery production experience.
- Experience with customized furniture, wardrobes, cabinets, wall cladding, doors, and decorative fit-out works.
- Ability to lead workshop teams, manage production targets, read technical drawings, and coordinate across departments.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, and production processes.
- UAE or GCC interior fit-out industry experience is preferred.

- The work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,010.76 to AED 5,289.68 per month.
