Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing project documents and correspondence
- Maintain document registers, logs, and filing systems
- Track drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and approvals
- Ensure proper distribution of latest approved documents to project teams
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding document submissions
- Maintain electronic and hard copy records in an organized manner
- Prepare document status reports and follow up on pending approvals
- Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller in MEP or Construction projects
- UAE construction industry experience is mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with document management systems and project documentation processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
