Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of office, reception area, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, corridors, and common areas
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, guests, and management
- Ensure pantry items, drinking water, tissues, cleaning materials, and office supplies are properly arranged and replenished
- Clean office desks, chairs, glass surfaces, doors, windows, and other office furniture regularly
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings
- Support reception/admin staff with basic office tasks
- Handle document movement, photocopying, scanning, filing, and delivery of internal papers
- Collect and dispose of waste properly
Requirements
- Previous experience as Office Boy, Office Assistant, Cleaner, or similar role preferred
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam
- Must be clean, presentable, polite, and respectful
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and hardworking
- Physically fit to perform cleaning and office support duties

Job Summary
- Alborkan Global General Contracting L.L.C is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and well mannered Office Boy / Office Cleaner to support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, reception area, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, corridors, and common areas
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, guests, and management
- Ensure pantry items, drinking water, tissues, cleaning materials, and office supplies are properly arranged and replenished
- Clean office desks, chairs, glass surfaces, doors, windows, and other office furniture regularly
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings
- Support reception/admin staff with basic office tasks whenever required
- Handle document movement, photocopying, scanning, filing, and delivery of internal papers when assigned
- Collect and dispose of waste properly and ensure dustbins are cleared regularly
- Maintain hygiene standards in the pantry and kitchen area
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to the Administration/HR Department
- Assist in receiving office deliveries and arranging materials in the correct location
- Follow company rules, safety instructions, and cleanliness standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, Cleaner, or similar role is preferred
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam will be an advantage
- Must be clean, presentable, polite, and respectful
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and hardworking
- Should be physically fit and able to perform cleaning and office support duties
- UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
