About the Role

- Lead and control all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the Vendor Management programme
- Act as the single client facing authority accountable for all governance, delivery, performance, and escalation management
- Lead the full vendor lifecycle across all FM service packages including procurement, onboarding, performance management, and contract administration
- Responsible for the Programme Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Plan, and all governance documentation
- Govern CAFM as the single source of truth for all asset, maintenance, and performance data
- Own the FM strategy, PPM regimes, and maintenance optimisation approach across the programme
- Work with key project individuals to devise action plans to address cost overruns, delays, scope changes or improvement needs
- Chair monthly steering committees and present programme performance to client leadership
- Build and lead the delivery organization, developing talent, embedding Saudisation, and building succession
- Monitor and report to management on programme progress, milestones, and any conditions affecting cost or schedule
Requirements
- Qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years FM experience with 5+ years in a senior client side governance or FM Director role
- Proven multi vendor FM management experience across hard, soft, and specialist service domains
- CAFM governance experience at Operations level IBM Maximo preferred
- GCC experience with working knowledge
- Strong commercial capability contract administration and executive level financial reporting
- Advanced leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of ISO 41001, ISO 55001, ISO 45001, and SFG20

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Executive Facilities Project Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- In this role you will lead FM services delivery on a major destination programme, acting as the single accountable authority and primary client partner across our Facilities Management Agent contract.
- Responsible for governing multiple FM service packages, a large multi disciplinary team, and the full programme lifecycle from pre operational advisory through phased activation to steady state operational delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
