Job Description

  • Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Executive Facilities Project Director to join our team! In this role you will lead FM services delivery on a major destination programme, acting as the single accountable authority and primary client partner across our Facilities Management Agent contract
  • Responsible for governing multiple FM service packages, a large multi disciplinary team, and the full programme lifecycle from pre operational advisory through phased activation to steady state operational delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leads, and controls all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the Vendor Management programme.
  • Acts as the single client facing authority accountable for all governance, delivery, performance, and escalation management.
  • Leads the full vendor lifecycle across all FM service packages procurement, onboarding, performance management, and contract administration.
  • Responsible for the Programme Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Plan, and all governance documentation.
  • Governs CAFM as the single source of truth for all asset, maintenance, and performance data.
  • Owns the FM strategy, PPM regimes, and maintenance optimisation approach across the programme.
  • Works with key project individuals to devise action plans to address cost overruns, delays, scope changes or improvement needs.
  • Chairs monthly steering committees and presents programme performance to client leadership.
  • Builds and leads the delivery organization developing talent, embedding Saudisation, and building succession.
  • Monitors and reports to management on programme progress, milestones, and any conditions affecting cost or schedule.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years FM experience with 5+ years in a senior client side governance or FM Director role.
  • Proven multi vendor FM management experience across hard, soft, and specialist service domains.
  • CAFM governance experience at Operations level IBM Maximo preferred.
  • GCC experience with working knowledge.
  • Strong commercial capability contract administration and executive level financial reporting.
  • Advanced leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 41001, ISO 55001, ISO 45001, and SFG20.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Chartered membership of IWFM, CIBSE, IET, or equivalent.
  • ORAT experience on a major destination, airport, or entertainment programme.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent qualification.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
