Seeking a high-caliber Project Director to take full control of construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enforce operational excellence across all sites.
- Drive delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
- Optimize resources and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Resolve critical issues and maintain uninterrupted project progress.
- Hold project teams accountable and report directly to top management.
Requirements
- Civil engineering degree.
- 25+ years in construction, with strong project experience.
- Proven ability to manage large, multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership, authority, and decisive execution.
