Role Overview
Join the team as an ERP Support Engineer/Analyst supporting ERP implementation, operations, and end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support during the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and resolve system-related problems.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to support business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance ERP functionalities.
- Support end users through training and functional assistance.
- Document ERP processes, updates, and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum eight years of experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration in the construction industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with ePromis, Oracle, Expedition, Focus, or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and programming with Angular, PowerBuilder, and .NET; the source states these capabilities are mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
- Monthly salary package of AED 9,000 to AED 10,000.
