IMS Coordinator supporting the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Integrated Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain IMS procedures, records, registers, and controlled documents.
- Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up corrective actions.
- Maintain records for risks, KPIs, NCRs, CARs, training, legal requirements, and management review.
- Coordinate with departments and projects to ensure proper IMS documentation and evidence.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant IMS or QHSE experience.
- Relevant experience in UAE construction is preferred.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Internal Auditor certification is preferred.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
