Position Overview
The employer is seeking an ERP Support Engineer/Analyst to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ERP configuration, testing, and deployment throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and resolve system-related problems.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports for business operations.
- Gather requirements and enhance ERP functionality with cross-functional teams.
- Provide end-user training and functional assistance.
- Document ERP processes, updates, and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- At least eight years of ERP support, implementation, or administration experience in the construction industry.
- Hands-on experience with ePromis, Oracle, Expedition, Focus, or similar ERP systems.
- SQL and programming proficiency in Angular, PowerBuilder, and .NET are mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Compensation
- The salary package is AED 9,000–10,000 per month.
