- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for large scale EPC projects.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, from engineering through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual obligations.
- Oversee commercial, contractual, financial, and risk management activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Report project progress and key performance indicators to senior management.
Requirements
- 18–20+ years of experience in EPC projects
- Minimum of 5 years in a Project Director role
- Demonstrated success in delivering large scale Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial EPC projects
- Strong leadership, commercial, contractual, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent communication and decision making skills
- Experience working on ADNOC projects is highly preferred

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the successful execution of major EPC projects within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex, high value projects from award through commissioning while ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and HSE standards.
