Role Description

Project Leadership and Delivery

• Lead project planning, execution, and completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and delivery plans.
• Manage project scope, resources, costs, and timelines.
• Monitor project KPIs, milestones, progress, and deliverables.
• Lead project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Coordinate with clients, management, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Risk, Cost, and Compliance

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, delays, and dependencies.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cost control, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, materials, and project resources.
• Manage project changes, approvals, claims, and contractual matters.
• Resolve technical, commercial, and operational project issues.

Reporting and Improvement

• Prepare project reports, forecasts, and management updates.
• Improve project efficiency, processes, and team performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in project management and senior leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale or complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience with contracts, procurement, risk management, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Good commercial and financial understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or related project tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or a relevant project management certification is advantageous.
• UAE or GCC project experience is advantageous.
• Professional, organized, accountable, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
