- Lead and oversee delivery of large scale infrastructure projects from inception through completion
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to multidisciplinary project teams
- Act as primary client interface, maintaining strong relationships with clients, government authorities, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee contract administration, commercial management, and claims resolution activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and governance requirements
- Drive project excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support business development activities including client engagement, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in major infrastructure projects
- Proven track record leading large, complex infrastructure projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of project management, construction supervision, contract administration, commercial management, and project controls
- Extensive experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
- GCC and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia project experience strongly preferred
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Chartership, or equivalent advantageous

About The Role
- We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for a Project Director – Construction Supervision role for upcoming major infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the delivery of large scale infrastructure projects from inception through completion.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, construction supervision, commercial, and project controls functions.
- Act as the primary client interface, maintaining strong relationships with clients, government authorities, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in the delivery of major infrastructure projects, including significant experience in construction supervision and project leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large, complex infrastructure projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of project management, construction supervision, contract administration, commercial management, and project controls.
- Extensive experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
- Experience working within international consultancy environments is highly desirable.
- GCC and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia project experience is strongly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Chartership, or equivalent are advantageous.
