Role Overview

Project Leadership

• Provide overall project leadership, governance, strategy, execution planning, and delivery objectives.
• Lead large multidisciplinary project management, engineering, construction, commissioning, and commercial teams.
• Drive performance against schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.

Stakeholder and EPC Management

• Act as the senior representative to client leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Lead executive meetings, progress reviews, and strategic decision-making forums.
• Direct EPC contractor performance and integration across all delivery phases.
• Resolve major technical, commercial, and operational challenges.

Process and MEP Systems

• Oversee process-driven and MEP-intensive systems through design, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Integrate cooling towers, sewage treatment, thermal utilities, electrical generation, distribution networks, service tunnels, warehouses, workshops, and administration facilities.
• Manage interfaces between process, MEP, civil, structural, and campus systems.

Commercial, Schedule, and Risk

• Maintain accountability for budget, forecasting, cost control, financial performance, and profitability.
• Lead claims, variations, change orders, commercial negotiations, and risk management.
• Maintain integrated master schedules, recovery plans, critical path monitoring, and milestone delivery.
• Establish project governance frameworks and chair executive reviews and steering committees.

HSE, Quality, and Handover

• Champion safety leadership, HSE compliance, quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee integrated testing, commissioning, startup, and operational readiness.
• Manage client handover, including documentation, training, warranties, and closeout requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, process, civil, or related engineering is required.
• A relevant master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 25 years of major project delivery experience and 10 years in senior project leadership roles.
• Experience managing EPC projects valued above USD 500 million.
• Experience with utility infrastructure, district energy, industrial facilities, process plants, or major campus developments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through design, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, PMI, APM, or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred.

• Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs workplace on a full-time basis as required by the role.
