Responsibilities
- Lead end to end Existing Product Development (EPD) and commercialization projects from customer brief to product launch
- Drive multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with business and customer requirements
- Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and other cross functional teams
- Translate customer and commercial requirements into structured project plans
- Drive project governance, manage risks, and ensure effective stage gate execution
- Lead Private Label and customer specific development projects, ensuring timely approvals and launch readiness
- Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance cross functional collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5–8 years of experience leading end to end product development and commercialization projects within the Food & Beverage industry
- Proven experience managing Existing Product Development (EPD) and/or New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to commercialization
- Experience managing Private Label and/or Branded product development projects
- Demonstrated success in leading cross functional projects and delivering outcomes on time and within budget
- PMP certification and/or a relevant Master's degree will be an advantage

Education & Experience
