- Supporting end to end project and development delivery activities across planning, construction, and handover stages
- Coordinating consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations
- Managing project cost, programme, risk, and change controls
- Monitoring compliance with approvals, permits, contractual obligations, and governance frameworks
- Supporting reporting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting project, development, or construction delivery environments
- Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management principles
