Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Project Coordinator to maintain and monitor project coordination, plans, schedules, working hours, organize meetings, and provide administrative assistance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate with the management team in daily projects tasks.
- Assist in day to day project management activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage and control all project related communications to ensure transparency, accuracy, and timely information flow across stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee all project deliverables, ensuring timely submission and adherence to contractual and technical requirements.
- Implement and monitor project quality management processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain regular project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and budget tracking.
- Develop reports and dashboard, coordinate with project control for financial reporting, develop minutes of meetings.
- Support stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring that expectations are managed and communication is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide direction and support to project team members, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Maintains an established data distribution system and schedule for the assigned project based upon client, project, and supplier requirements.
- Participate in project coordination between disciplines, shares project updates, organize team meetings, put together documents from various departments.
- Assist in procurement by creating RFQ, making tender analysis, and coordinate with procurement department from tender to award.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- High School, Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Excellent computer literacy
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other engineering related software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices applicable to infrastructure planning and execution.
