Role Overview
Coordinate government approvals, permits, NOCs, regulatory requirements, and compliance for construction, infrastructure, and engineering projects across the UAE.
Serve as a liaison among project teams, consultants, contractors, and UAE government authorities while supporting inspections, workforce mobilisation, documentation, and risk management.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 12,000–14,000 per month.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
- Arabic speaking ability and 3–5 years of UAE experience in government relations, project coordination, authority approvals, NOC coordination, or a related role are required.
- Previous construction, infrastructure, or engineering project experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of UAE permits, NOCs, government approvals, and compliance requirements is required.
- A valid UAE driving licence is required.
- Experience supporting large workforce projects is advantageous.
- HR, Administration, or Government Relations certification is desirable.
