Role Overview
Coordinate project-related government approvals, permits, NOCs, and regulatory requirements for construction projects in the UAE.
Act as a key liaison between project teams, consultants, contractors, and government authorities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Support compliance, site inspections, workforce mobilisation, documentation, and risk management within UAE regulations.
Salary
- The advertised salary is AED 12,000 to AED 14,000 per month.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Arabic-speaking ability.
- Three to five years of UAE experience in government relations, project coordination, authority approvals, NOC coordination, or a related role.
- Previous experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE approval processes, permits, NOCs, and project compliance requirements.
- Experience dealing with government and regulatory authorities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Strong coordination, communication, organisational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, applications, priorities, and deadlines.
