About the internship
The Project Coordinator Intern supports Scrum Masters and technology teams in Agile delivery.
The role provides hands-on exposure to Scrum, Agile, and software development processes.
Responsibilities
- Support Agile ways of working and continuous improvement across technology teams.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams.
- Assist with stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain Jira boards, sprint trackers, and project documentation.
- Track tasks, deadlines, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare meeting notes, action items, and basic sprint reports.
- Follow up on outstanding actions and update the Scrum Master.
- Support Agile metrics and reporting.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and contribute to team collaboration.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience is required.
- University projects, internships, or extracurricular technology or project coordination experience are a plus.
Knowledge and skills
- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, and the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity, proactivity, willingness to learn, and active participation are expected.
Preferred qualifications
- Project management certifications such as CAPM or Agile Foundations are a plus.
Work arrangement
