Job Overview
Provide administrative and operational support to the Merchandising team in a luxury fashion environment.
Maintain accurate product, order, and inventory information across assigned categories.
Support the flow of merchandise from order placement through delivery and online launch.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain product, purchase-order, inventory, and supplier information across systems and databases.
- Create and update purchase orders with accurate quantities, prices, product details, and delivery dates.
- Follow up with suppliers and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams on inbound shipments.
- Process receipts, cancellations, vendor returns, transfers, and inventory adjustments.
- Prepare weekly reports, stock updates, and administrative summaries.
- Coordinate product information and assets for online launches with content, production, and creative teams.
- Support issue resolution, supplier onboarding, vendor documentation, and record maintenance.
- Identify improvements to processes, reporting, and merchandising data accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- One to two years of experience in merchandising administration, buying administration, retail operations, or a similar role.
